Wine has always been Alessia’s passion.
She crafts her dinners around the bottle, loves to experiment and try new wines. Alessia has quickly grown from being an attentive wine lover to becoming an enthusiastic producer.
She promotes and produces solely what she deeply believes in and can be proud of. She loves to be surrounded by collaborators and consultants on whom she can rely and from whom she can learn and accept advice. Such is her passion that, if the wine were still pressed using one’s feet, then Alessia would do the same!
